Shipping Time
Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, or other delays outside of our control.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at sheinsasha24@gmail.com and we will help review the tracking information. However, we are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and make it right.
